Dear Potential Student,
You are reserving a seat in a particular class that you have elected to attend. Please understand that we have no way of reselling your seat in less than a 30 day time period. Also, after your initial down payment is made, we send you our A&P Test Question and Answer bank for study purposes. Lastly, all of your exams are pre-scheduled and pre-paid for with your down payment and we will not be able to get a refund for your exam payments if you decide that you do not want to take these exams anymore ! So, do understand that after you have locked in with your down payment, no other students will be given access to your seat in this particular class, therefore there will be no refund given if you suddenly decide not to attend. However, you will be able to postpone your class start time, as long as you reschedule your new class start date with in 30 days. Additionally, upon arrival at Carolina Aeronautical, if you decide to drop from the course that you have selected, a dropout fee will be incurred, as well.
Finally, only Active Duty Military personnel who have received Emergency Orders prior to or while attending Carolina Aeronautical are eligible for a partial refund. However, a copy of these Military Orders will be needed to substantiate this claim.
