Although Carolina Aeronautical does not directly offer aviation maintenance jobs after the completion of the student’s A&P Course, Carolina Aeronautical has been and is always being requested by numerous MROs, Airlines, FBOs, Aircraft Manufacturers, Aviation Maintenance Contractors, ect. to supply the names, contact information and/or resumes of our students, so that they may potentially offer them employment ! Additionally, Carolina Aeronautical has been selected to administer A&P Certification training via the Military to Civilian Transitionary Program to make sure the Service Member has every opportunity to gain aviation maintenance employment after his or her E.A.S. In essence, we will do everything possible to put “you” in front of potential employers for hiring purposes ! Lastly, some of the employers that Carolina Aeronautical is currently affiliated with, may now even pay for your A&P Certification process so that you may seek employment with their Aviation Maintenance Company ! Highly qualified candidates would have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Aviation maintenance, but A&P Certificate Required ! Responsibilities include repairing aircraft, aircraft engines, and aircraft components in accordance with applicable technical data, industry standards and their Aircraft Center “Repair Station Manuals.” Technicians need to have a good comprehension of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic disciplines as they apply to aircraft systems.
